Victims in Fatal Crash Weren't Wearing Seat Belts

For the second time this year in Prince George’s County, the victims of a deadly car crash were not wearing seat belts. Prince George’s County Bureau Chief Tracee Wilkins reports police want this tragedy to be a warning to everyone who gets in a car.
