Some Northeast DC Residents Say Homeless Encampments Endanger Pedestrians

A neighborhood group in NoMa is calling for rules about where tents can be in the area’s overcrowded underpasses, citing sanitation and safety concerns. Encampment residents say they work hard to keep the space clean and orderly. News4’s Derrick Ward reports.
