News4 tested bulletproof backpacks from three different brands, and while each stopped bullets, none stood a chance against a high-powered rifle. A ballistics expert warned parents not to get caught up in the marketing — the backpacks aren’t tested to the same standard as body armor. News4’s Susan Hogan reports.
