A bomb has exploded in the northern Basque city of Bilbao follow a warning call in the name of the armed group ETA, Spanish National Radio reported. No injuries have been reported.
The bomb exploded shortly after 11 a.m. Wednesday close to the offices of the EITB regional television station, according to the radio report. The building had been evacuated and the area was cordoned off to traffic following a warning call to police about an hour before the explosion.
ETA has killed more than 825 people since 1968 in its campaign for Basque independence. It has suffered number of arrests of key suspected members in recent months in France.
