WASHINGTON — A Falls Church, Virginia, middle school teacher is charged with the sexual battery of two female students.
Falls Church police arrested 36-year-old Jose Daniel Estrada, a math teacher at Mary Ellen Henderson Middle School, and charged him with two counts of felony aggravated sexual battery.
Estrada was apprehended after one of the victims reported him. Falls Church City Public Schools notified police on Jan. 17.
He is being held at Arlington County Jail, police said.
There may be other victims, detectives said. Anyone who things their child might have had inappropriate contact with Estrada can reach out to police at 703-248-5327.
