RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Jenna Bush Hager is coming to Richmond for a fundraiser to support the Virginia Women’s Monument on Capitol Square.
The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports the daughter of former President George W. Bush is giving a talk next month that will touch on the challenges of work-life balance, female role models and motherhood.
Tickets are $50 and proceeds will help fund a statue of Adele Goodman Clark, an artist and suffragist. Clark is one of 12 women who will eventually be part of the monument.
The event is taking place Sept. 7. Tickets can be purchased online .
