WASHINGTON — The Prince George’s County police are investigating the shooting death of a teenager in a parked car in Laurel, Maryland, Tuesday night.
Dustin Khoury, 17, was found shot to death at about 8:30 p.m. at the Parke Laurel Apartments, off Contee Road near U.S. 1. Khoury lived in Sparrows Point, southeast of Baltimore.
Police do not believe the shooting was random.
“An investigation reveals an illegal transaction occurred prior to the shooting,” said Cpl. Lamar Robinson.
