Resident questioning Prince George's County council member's residency hires detective

For weeks, a private investigator followed Prince George’s County Council member Ingrid Watson, who represents District 4. He documented her coming and going from a home outside of her district in Upper Marlboro, but she told News4 she still lives in District 4. Investigative Reporter Tracee Wilkins has the story.
