Push to keep DC's federal inmates closer to home

Without a federal prison near the District, many D.C. inmates are shipped across the country to serve their sentences. The News4 I-Team reported about a family fighting to find out how their loved one died after he was sent to a California prison. Investigative Reporter Tracee Wilkins explains what one local legislator is doing to try and close that gap.
