Former Culpeper Co. sheriff testifies he didn't take bribes

Former Culpeper County Sheriff Scott Jenkins testified in his bribery trial Tuesday to explain to the jury why he says he’s innocent of allegations of taking cash for auxiliary deputy badges. Investigative Reporter Ted Oberg has been covering the trial in Charlottesville.
