DC Council questions violence prevention efforts

At a hearing last week, the D.C. Council raised questions about how well the Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement runs some of the District’s violence reduction programs. Investigative Reporter Ted Oberg and the News4 I-Team looked into some of the director’s answers — or lack thereof.
