Culpeper County sheriff, 3 other men charged in bribery scheme

Culpeper County Sheriff Scott Jenkins and three Virginia men are out on bond tonight after being indicted on conspiracy charges. The three businessmen are accused of exchanging cash and campaign bribes for law enforcement badges. Investigative Reporter Ted Oberg explains what led to Thursday’s arrest.
