Ride on a Pirate Ship at National Harbor's Summer Fest

National Harbor is holding Summer Fest every Friday, Saturday and Sunday this summer. This year’s theme is “Pirates on the Potomac,” and to celebrate, the National Harbor is offering scavenger hunts for hidden treasure, lessons on how to talk like a pirate, rides on a pirate ship and other free activities. NBC4’s Barbara Harrison talks to Rachel Dinbokowitz and Chef Bill Downes about the event, and Downs reveals a secret recipe for a crab dip to top off your burger.
