French restaurant opens in historic 14th Street building that housed former bank

La Grande Boucherie on 14th Street is located in the building that was once home to Federal Bank and several other banks over the decades. News4’s Tommy McFly reports the restaurant will soon feature a Japanese Omakase-style restaurant and a speakeasy in the vault, too.
