DC African Restaurant Week highlighted food from all over the African Diaspora on Oct. 12 at Audi Field. News4’s Molette Green talks to Claudius Kpakima, the chef of Claude Have Mercy Seafood, about making the restaurant’s infamous shrimp burger and how they incorporate seafood in Sierra Leone cuisine.
