How Roberta Flack's years in DC impacted her career

The music community is mourning Grammy-winning songstress Roberta Flack, one of the most famous voices to come out of the D.C. area. News4’s Mark Segraves reports Flack got her start here in D.C. as a student at Howard University and a teacher in D.C. Public Schools.
