While this marks the first child for the couple—who first sparked romance rumors in November 2022 before confirming their relationship in June 2023—Gisele already shares two kids with her ex-husband Tom Brady: son Benjamin Reid, 14, and daughter Vivian Lake, 11. Plus, she's a stepmom to the former quarterback's 16-year-old son Jack, who he shares with ex Bridget Moynahan.
In fact, Gisele, 44, credits helping raise Jack with preparing her to be a great parent to her biological children.
"I got to experience how it is to feel, to be a mom before I was even a mom. To be a bonus mom," she told ABC News' Robin Roberts during a March interview. "So, I got to experience how my heart could feel that love and just expand in ways I never thought were possible."

And though Bündchen acknowledged that co-parenting with Brady — whom she finalized her divorce from in October 2022 — hasn't always been easy, she's grateful that, at the end of the day, they both have the same priority.
"Tom has to have time with them, and I have time with them," she shared, "which I think is amazing because they get to really experience more enrichment for their lives."
Noting that their kids get to experience "two different worlds," she added, "That’s wonderful for them I think."
Of course, Valante — who was Bündchen's jiu-jitsu instructor before they started dating — has been getting in some quality time as well. Back in September, the runway model shared a sweet photo the Valente Brothers Self Defense academy co-founder paddleboarding with her son Benjamin.
Captioning the Sept. 22 Instagram carousel, she wrote, “Best of summer!”
And Bündchen attributes her parenting success to the childhood lessons instilled in her as a kid.
"You are where you come from," she explained. "All those things that I learned as a kid are things that are in me. It doesn't change. In many ways, it's also what kept me safe, because my value system was so strong."
Of course, welcoming a new addition to that family dynamic isn't the only thing Gisele has been preparing for as of late. The "Devil Wears Prada" actress has also been navigating another major family change: her kids growing up. In fact, she previously quipped that she hadn't expected Benjamin to reach her height.
"One day your baby will stand as tall as you are," Bündchen wrote in a December 2023 birthday tribute to her son. "And you won’t be ready for it."
As for what advice she's given her kids as they come into their own? Bündchen told Harper's Bazaar in an interview published Jan. 17, "‘The way you make your room, the way you organize and make your bed is the way you're going to do your life."
And that's not the only piece of wisdom the supermodel has passed down as a mom. She also shared a question she often urges her children to ask themselves.
"'If you're not learning here and now," Bündchen said, "then when and with who?'"
