New album carries on bluegrass legacy of Bethesda's The Seldom Scene

Long-running, Bethesda-based band The Seldom Scene has been a mainstay of bluegrass music since the 1970s. News4’s Mark Segraves spoke with current and former members about the history and evolution of the quintet and its new album, “Remains to Be Scene.”
