Misleading effort to put third-party presidential candidate on Virginia ballot

There is an effort under way in Virginia to get Cornel West on the ballot in the commonwealth as an independent candidate for president, but Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey found people gathering signatures to qualify him aren’t exactly giving voters a straight story.
