Virginia student gives away over 1,000 books to vulnerable communities

Aliyah Majeed-Hall, a high school junior, started an organization called One Word Reading Initiative where she gives away high-quality books to children in vulnerable communities. She started the organization after meeting kids at a volunteer literacy program and saw a need for kids to be passionate about reading. News4’s Molette Green reports.
