Total transformation: Old Silver Spring library is now an early childhood education center

The former Silver Spring library space on Colesville Road has been transformed into an early childhood education center. The center will provide childcare, diverse educational resources, parenting workshops and more. News4’s Molette Green talks to nonprofit CentroNia about what they have to offer.
