If you’re looking for another glimpse of the National Zoo’s panda cub, today’s your lucky day.
Mei Xiang offered Panda Cam watchers another sneak peek of her cub, born Sunday night.
In a clip from Thursday morning, Mei Xiang gently picks up the squealing cub in her mouth before placing the newborn on the ground for grooming.
A squealing cub is good news, as it is evidence that the cub is in good health.
