Transgender Mayor Elected in Oregon

Stu Rasmussen is believed to be America’s first openly transgender mayor. He has a girlfriend, but he likes to look like a woman. Rasmussen served two terms as the Mayor of Silverton in the 1990s, but he hadn’t admitted to being transgender until this term.
