NASA is teaming up with a Virginia business to build the space technology of the future.
The space administration's Deputy Administrator Lori Garver visited Aurora Flight Services in Manassas, Va., Friday. Aurora and NASA are working together on several space aircraft projects and other things.
The partnership is a perfect example of how government can team with small businesses to help create the jobs of the future, Garver said.
Aurora Flight Sciences designs and builds robotic aircraft and other space vehicles for both scientific and military purposes.
