A sinkhole swallowed a car in Forestville, Md., Thursday morning, according to the Prince George's County Fire Department.
A 16-inch water main broke at Marlboro Pike and Forestville Road before 6 a.m., WSSC said.
About 160 people were without water until about 4 p.m.
The car was removed and the pipe was replaced.
Crews are filling the hole.
