D.C. Police are looking for help identifying a suspect wanted for sexually assaulting a woman, and have released a photo of a person of interest. News4’s Pat Collins reports.
D.C. Police are looking for help identifying a suspect wanted for sexually assaulting a woman, and have released a photo of a person of interest.
Police said the incident was reported between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. Sunday in the 3900 block of Georgia Avenue NW.
Authorities said the suspect is about five feet, six inches tall, with a beard and black hair. They said he was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black T-shirt with writing on the front, but police also said his shirt may have been a baseball style shirt with burgundy sleeves and white writing on the front.
The suspect is wanted on first-degree sexual abuse charges.
They released a photo of a person of interest in the case Wednesday.
