Man Seeking Presidential Pardon Did So in Stolen Vehicle: Police

A Florida man traveled to the D.C. area hoping to get a pardon for a past conviction during the final days of the Obama Administration. But Marcus Patmon found himself charged with a new felony in Arlington. News4’s Meagan Fitzgerald reports.
