A United Airlines flight landed safely at Dulles International Airport after declaring an emergency Thursday.
Flight 3370 from St. Louis reported a door on the underside of the plane either opening or coming off the plane.
There were reports some luggage may have been lost.
No injuries were reported.
The plane is returning to the gate.
