The Baltimore Ravens are being welcomed home with a downtown parade in honor of their Super Bowl victory.
Traffic is tied up downtown Tuesday morning and near the Ravens stadium, where the parade will end with a party.
The parade begins with a short ceremony at City Hall, which was expected to begin at 10:45 a.m. but may be delayed due to traffic.
Team members are then expected to be carried through the streets in more than 30 vehicles, with a police and fire honor guard leading the way, along with the team's band.
The free celebration at the stadium is expected to begin at 12:30 p.m.
