One person was killed after a single car crash along Route 50 in Davidsonville early Sunday morning.
Maryland State Police said the car was on fire when they arrived with the victim still inside. The crash occurred in Anne Arundel County right before the Prince George’s County line.
Route 50 west was closed for the rescue and investigation. All lanes have since been reopened.
The identity of the victim and the cause of the crash have not been released.
