20-Year-Old High School Student Faces Child Porn Charges

A 20-year-old Fairfax County high school student is facing child porn charges following a questionable relationship with a 16-year-old classmate, police said.

Juan Carlos Moza Morena was arrested by Fairfax County Police June 27. News4 is not identifying the school where some of the offenses took place.

Court documents obtained by News4's Northern Virginia Bureau Reporter Julie Carey state Moza Morena and the boy developed a friendship early last school year.

Their friendship turned dark when Moza Morena repeatedly text messaged him, asking him to come to the bathroom and engage in sex acts. When the boy refused, Moza Morena would allegedly send him texts threatening his family, specifically a little brother.

Documents also state Moza Moreno demanded the boy come to his home once a week and asked for sexually explicit videos, which were sent. When police searched Moza Morena's home, they found cell phones containing evidence of child pornography.

Court documents show there could have been a second victim. At one point, Moza Morena asked the boy to drug his little brother and take explicit photos of him, documents state.

"The investigation is not closed," Eddie Azcarate with Fairfax County Police said. "Some charges have been made detectives are continuing their investigations. There is a possibility of additional charges."
