D.C. Police have identified the 19-year-old victim of a shooting in southeast Washington Wednesday.
Crews responded to the 1400 block of Howard Road SE around 1:30 p.m. for a shooting. There, they found Devon Dominique Parker of Southeast suffering from gunshot wounds.
He was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police have no motive or suspect information at this time, and are offering a $25,000 reward for information that may lead to an arrest.
