Guess we should have believed R&B singer Monica all those years ago when she said the boy was hers.
Monica, 30, and her Los Angeles Lakers player hubby Shannon Brown, 25, married for the second time on Saturday, Us Magazine reports.
The pair first wed last November, in a small ceremony held in a renovated 19th century cathedral in downtown Los Angeles, People reports. But they must have been pining for a bigger bash.
This time the pair married in front of hundreds of family members and friends, People reports. The bride, who is reported to be working on a new album, wore a Stephan Roland gown for the 30-minute ceremony, which Lala Vazquez, Carmelo Anthony and Brown's teammates Kobe Bryant and Derek Fisher attended. Guests were asked to wear shades of blue.
Monica's two sons from a previous relationship, ages 3 and 6, plus Brown's son from a previous relationship arrived at the ceremony in a horse-drawn carriage.
At the reception, guests sat at tables decorated with hydrangeas and roses, and were served a three-course meal, according to Access Hollywood.
Then, hamburgers from fast food restaurant Fatburger were grilled under a tent, People reported.
The "Boy Is Mine" singer and Brown met last summer when he played her love interest in the video for her song "Love All Over Me." Guess life imitates art.
